Founded by Cristina Calero, who—after 12 years advising in M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side, leading competitive sale processes, managing real estate portfolio disposals, credit assignments, fundraisings for investment funds (including carried-interest structuring), and coordinating international deals for a listed multinational company—decided to create her own real estate investment boutique, with the ambition of applying the expertise gained throughout her career to the sector.
